The service
nameaha helps founders find startup names with domain availability signals. Domain checks are free. Every visitor receives one domain-checked AI preview every 24 hours; additional registerable AI names use credits as described on Pricing.
Credits & registerable names
A registerable AI name means both .com and .net appear available at check time. Each visitor's first anonymous preview is free; after that, a registerable AI name is billed at 1 credit when revealed under our AI naming flow. Unavailable AI suggestions may still be shown without charging a credit. Availability can change after you leave the page; registrar checkout is authoritative for purchase.
Not legal advice
Domain availability is not trademark clearance, company-name clearance, or social-handle clearance. You are responsible for legal review before branding or incorporating.
Affiliate disclosures
Links to registrars may be affiliate links. When used, they include rel="sponsored". Commissions do not change the price you pay the registrar.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, scrape the service, attempt to circumvent billing, or use nameaha for unlawful activity.
Account & billing
You are responsible for activity on your account. Credit packs are non-refundable except as required by law or as noted on the Pricing page. We may refuse service or close accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The nameaha product, brand, and copy are owned by nameaha. Names generated for you are yours to evaluate; we make no claim of ownership over candidate strings we surface.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for naming decisions, taken domains after a check, trademark disputes, or third-party registrar outcomes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
